RockPhysicsToolbox is run by one operator, and nothing here is automated: account activation, password resets and licence decisions are all handled personally, usually within one business day.

Most requests need no email

Anything you do on this site already reaches the operator directly — no need to write separately about it:

Registering queues your activation link.
Requesting a password reset queues your reset link.
Requesting a licence from your account page queues the grant decision.

Everything else

A link that never arrived, an expired link, a question about plugins or seats — email sanjaykpandit@gmail.com and include the address you registered with.
